Most warehouses are not out of space — they are out of usable floor. Automated storage recovers the vertical volume that racking and aisle clearances give away, and it does so without the structural work a new building requires. Density rises, and every location stays randomly accessible.
How it works
Totes are stored multi-deep in a fixed grid. Shuttles run the aisles on each level, lifts move loads vertically, and the control system tracks the location and condition of every tote in real time. Nothing is buried: any tote can be retrieved without moving another.

Facilities constrained by footprint, sites facing a lease renewal or expansion decision, and operations where slow-moving SKUs consume prime pick-face real estate.
