Multi-Shuttle System

The Inlog multi-shuttle system stores totes multi-deep in a dense grid and retrieves any one of them on demand. Shuttles run each level, INO-Z lifts handle vertical movement, and goods-to-person stations present inventory to operators who never leave their post. It is designed to be installed inside the building you already occupy.

Throughput
Automating retrieval removes the travel and search time that dominates manual picking. Orders are released against a live pool, so the sequence adapts as priorities change through the day rather than being fixed at wave release.
Space
The grid is built to use vertical volume that conventional racking gives away to aisles and clearances. For operations weighing an expansion or a lease renewal, recovering density inside the existing envelope is usually the cheaper path.
Inventory control
Every tote is tracked in real time. FIFO and shelf-life rules are enforced by the system, cycle counting runs continuously, and stockouts caused by lost or misplaced inventory largely disappear.
Safety
Heavy and repetitive manual handling is designed out. Operators work at a fixed, ergonomic station instead of climbing, reaching, and carrying across the pick face.
