Automation should be judged on numbers that existed before the project started. The metrics below are the ones Inlog systems report natively. Targets are set against your measured baseline during assessment — we do not publish generic improvement percentages, because a number produced in someone else's facility tells you nothing reliable about yours.

Note: values are intentionally blank. Each is populated from your measured baseline during a warehouse assessment, then reported live once the system is running.
Once a system is live, these are reported by minute, hour, day, month, and year through the dashboard, so the business case can be checked against reality instead of against the proposal.
A warehouse assessment is a walk-through of your current flow, constraints, and volumes — and a straight answer about what automation would and would not change.
