Fulfillment errors are expensive twice — once in the return, once in the customer relationship. Automating the pick, verification, and pack sequence removes the manual steps where errors originate, and records what happened at each one so disputes are settled with evidence rather than argument.
How it works
Items are picked against the order at a guided station, re-scanned for verification, and compared against order and system data. Missing or incorrect items are flagged immediately. Shipping labels are generated from actual package contents, and the packing step is captured as a time-stamped visual record.
Where it fits
Direct-to-consumer fulfillment, high-value goods, regulated products requiring lot traceability, and any operation where chargebacks or claims are a recurring cost.
